located, only one block from the city center on the main street
through Marianna, Lafayette Street. Three restaurants and the
local theater are just across the street. The Hinson House is
fully equipped as a bed and breakfast facility with five air conditioned,
sprinklered suites each with private bath, cable TV, phones, and
expanded continental breakfast included. This beautifully restored facility has been designed to provide
accommodations "a step above" the furnishings found in conventional

business traveler and tourists visiting the Marianna area with
