
Marianna
The first of Jackson County's two industrial parks is located in Marianna, at Exit 20 on Interstate 10. There are 2,600 acres, 315 of which are fully developed. An additional 111 acres are ready for immediate development.
The Marianna Park is fully serviced, with three-phase power, natural gas, water and sewer.
The park is adjacent to the Marianna Municipal Airport, which features two 5,000-foot runways, serving both charter and private aircraft. It also provides a variety of transit and maintenance services.
In addition to Interstate 10, Marianna Industrial Park is easily accessed from U.S. 90 and U.S. 231. There is also convenient access from S.R. 276. Exit 20's accessibility to metropolitan cities, as well as deep water ports, makes the park ideal for shipment and distribution hubs.
Soil: brown-red surface and upland.
Vegetation: Longleaf pine, xerphytic oaks.
Mineral Resources: sand, clay, limestone.
Area is considered part of the "Marianna Lowlands."

Graceville, the site of Jackson County's second Industrial Park, is a predominantly agricultural community, located of Highways 77 and 169. There are 300 acres under development, with additional land available.
The Graceville Park is fully serviced, with three-phase power, water and sewer.
Interstate 10 passes just 15 miles south of Graceville. U.S. 231 is a major artery that passes within five miles of the downtown area. There is also convenient access from S.R. 276.
Tallahassee is only 45 miles away. Railway transportation is also available.
